Super Bowl XLI
In 2006, the National Football League held a contest called “Pitch Us Your Idea For The Best Super Bowl Commercial Ever.”
Contestants had ninety seconds to pitch their concept to judges in Dallas, Denver, and New Jersey. The person with the best commercial concept would have their idea turned into a spot that would air during the Super Bowl XLI telecast.
I pitched my concept to judges at Giants Stadium. Two months later, I was announced as the winner. My concept was turned into a television commercial that aired during the Super Bowl XLI telecast.
